What to Expect When You Reach Out
Here's how it works:
1. Book a free 15-minute consult call
No pressure, no prep needed. It's just a friendly conversation about what's bringing you to therapy, a chance to answer any questions you have, and an opportunity to see if we feel like a good match.
2. Schedule your first session
If we both feel good about moving forward, we'll book your first 50-minute session to dive deeper and start our work together.
3. Begin ongoing sessions
We'll start with weekly sessions to build momentum, trust, and progress towards your goals. We'll check in along the way about how things are going and adjust as needed to make sure our work together continues to feel meaningful and helpful to you.

Virtual Sessions: I see all therapy clients virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Per licensing laws, you'll need to be based in New York state for us to work together.
In-Person Sessions: I offer limited in-person sessions in New York City exclusively for therapy intensives that must be scheduled in advance. These take place in beautiful, comfortable Manhattan locations (Upper East Side and NoMad/Midtown). Feel free to contact me to learn more about intensive options.
Hours and Availability: I see clients Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with limited evening appointments available for those who need them. Availability varies, so please don't hesitate to reach out to ask about current openings.

50-minute session: $215
Extended sessions: 60, 75, or 90 minute sessions and therapy intensives are available—please inquire for details and pricing.
Payment Options: All major credit cards accepted. Payment is processed at the time of your session.
Insurance / Reimbursement: I don't accept insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and partner with Thrizer to make the process easier. Not sure how out-of-network reimbursement works for therapy? I've detailed the process on my blog if you're curious to learn more.
I’m also happy to provide an estimate of your cost per session with OON benefits; just reach out to request a quick benefits check!
Sliding Scale: I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who need financial flexibility. Please don't hesitate to ask about current availability.

I understand that life happens. My cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while respecting the time we set aside together.
48-hour notice required to avoid a $100 cancellation fee
You may cancel up to 3 sessions per year in advance without needing to reschedule; otherwise the cancellation fee will apply for any additional cancellations beyond that that are not rescheduled (late cancellations don’t count toward this annual number)
I waive the cancellation fee twice per year for every client—no questions asked
This policy exists to protect the time we set aside together, while still being realistic and kind when things come up.
