Session Rate
$215
Individual therapy session
Payment is due at the time of the session, and I accept all major credit cards.
Insurance and Out-of-Network Benefits
While I don't accept insurance directly, many of my clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement for session fees through their out-of-network mental health benefits. I'm here to support you through this process.
What I Provide
After each session, I provide a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process your claim for out-of-network reimbursement.
Making Insurance Easy
I've partnered with Mentaya and Thrizer, specialized services that help streamline the insurance reimbursement process. They can submit claims on your behalf and help you understand your benefits, taking the administrative burden off your shoulders.

FAQs
What are out-of-network benefits?
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it means they will cover a portion of the cost when you see a therapist who doesn't have a direct contract with your insurance company.
Unlike in-network therapists, who bill your insurance company directly, with an out-of-network therapist, you typically pay for the session upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.
Your insurance company will then reimburse a percentage of the session fee, usually after you meet an out-of-network deductible. For example, after you meet a $1,000 deductible, your insurance may reimburse 50-80% of the session cost. Out-of-network benefits give you the flexibility to choose a therapist based on your needs and preferences, not just those in-network.
How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits with my insurance?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What if I don’t have out-of-network benefits or don’t want to use my insurance?
We can explore working together where you would pay out of pocket for sessions. If my full fee is not accessible to you at this time, please contact me. I do offer limited sliding scale spots and may be able to work with you on a fee that feels sustainable.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients and partner with Open Path Collective, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable therapy for those without insurance or experiencing financial hardship. I update my availability for reduced fee spots via my Open Path profile. If you don’t see openings or aren’t sure if you qualify, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss options.
